Music in Canada.

 

It could be music anywhere, but we happen to be here. In the land of the Maple Leaf, and yes, the land of the beaver, eh?  There should be more songs written about them.  Hard working, energetic, iconic symbols of Canada and the Canadian music scene.

 

Which brings us to “Winnipeg Wind”.  Born and bred Canadian music talent, they take their name from a city in a neighbouring province, known for its musical contribution to this great country of ours.  Their cool, cutting sound is reminiscent of the sound of the Guess Who? and BTO.  Their show starts there, but it doesn’t end there -  It’s a show that is packed full of high-energy Canadian music; that’s topped off with the band’s hard-hitting original material that will have you and your appreciative audience asking for more.
